Cooking Methods and Weight Loss

The way you cook your food determines how much nutrient it retains and also your weight loss success.

Always choose food which is:
  • Raw when possible (Fruits and Vegetables)
  • Steamed
  • Grilled
  • Broiled
Avoid food that is:
  • Fried
  • Sauteed

  1. Yes I believe this. You stripped away nutrients when you cook the food too much and avoiding fried foods is advisable because of the oil.
