Cumin for Weight Loss

Cumin is a very common spice in Indian and Mediterranean cooking. It is rich in iron and has anti-septic and anti-carcinogenic properties and is widely used as a traditional herbal remedy.

Cumin helps stimulate the secretion of enzymes from pancreas and helps absorb nutrients into the body. It is used to treat a wide variety of digestive disorders like nausea, indigestion, diarrhea and morning sickness.Cumin helps boost liver's ability to detoxify and help liver disorders.The anti-carcinogenic property of cumin helps reduce the risk of stomach and liver tumor. Black cumin seed can be used to get relief from Arthritis.Cumin also boosts our body's immunity. Black cumin seeds help relieve asthma.

Cumin helps increase metabolism and aid weight loss. Dry roast cumin in a pot for a few seconds. Add 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil. Turn the stove off and keep it covered for a few minutes. Strain the cumin tea and keep sipping at least 2 cups of this tea every day to see good results.
