Best Snacks for Weight Loss


  • Popcorn: Popcorn is very high in fiber and a very good snack which keeps you full and curbs appetite. Eat with no or little added salt and few drop of olive oil instead of butter.
  • Nonfat or Low fat Yogurt: Yogurt is rich in protein and calcium and has tons of good bacteria.
  • Frozen Grapes: For those of you with a sweet tooth, the best alternative is to snack on some frozen grapes.
    Vegetables: Try crunchy vegetables like carrots, celery.

  1. Interesting list, one more option is Walnut. It is the best alternative as it is rich in protein and fiber as well as it has a high amount of omega 3 fatty acids (good fats) as compared to other nuts.

    The weight loss program that consists of only dieting is incomplete. You have to keep in mind that a total weight loss program combines both diet and physical exercise. As most doctors will advise you, eating less and exercising more will help you trim down your body size.
    When looking for a weight loss program, look for one that offers physical exercise as a form of recreation rather than hard work.
